A proven Chief Technology Officer with a track record spanning healthcare IT, fintech, energy, and legal services, Jerred has led technology organizations from startup-scale engineering teams to large enterprise transformation programs — consistently bridging business strategy and technical execution.
His executive roles include CTO at RedSail Technologies (pharmacy & healthcare IT), VP Technology & CIO at Alviere (embedded finance), CTO at Flogistix (energy technology), and VP Technology & Engineering at LegalShield. Earlier in his career he built deep consulting expertise at Perficient and Pariveda Solutions, and held technology leadership positions at ORIX USA and RealPage.
CoAuthor AI is the culmination of that experience: a practice purpose-built to give companies access to senior-level technology leadership and engineering execution, accelerated by the most powerful agentic AI tools available today. Jerred holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cameron University.

As Cofounder and Chief Administrative Officer, Teri oversees operations, administration, and client experience — ensuring every engagement is delivered with the same care and structure she applied to patient care and military service. She is the organizational backbone that keeps CoAuthor AI's technical work focused, timely, and client-centered.
Teri's presence on the founding team reflects a core conviction at CoAuthor AI: exceptional software delivery requires more than engineering talent. It requires leadership, discipline, and someone who has already proven they can perform under pressure.
Braylon Wilson joined CoAuthor AI at the ground floor — specifically, the living room floor, where he occasionally reviews sprint progress between football practices. As Chief Enthusiasm Officer, Braylon is the official keeper of team morale, lead celebration coordinator, and the first person to ask "when does it ship?"
At 11 years old, Braylon brings an energy to CoAuthor AI that no executive recruiter could source. He has an undefeated record of showing up to game days, post-launch celebrations, and any decision involving snacks. His enthusiasm is contagious and not subject to negotiation.
Core competencies include touchdown dances, sideline strategy, and keeping the founding team honest about whether the work is actually fun. He has never shipped late — mostly because he's not allowed to stay up past 9.
